MECHANIZED DOOR LOWERING RACK :

 This equipment has been designed and manufactured by us for mechanized handling of heavy weight ( 3.5 MT approx.) Coke Oven Doors  which require repair of worm out refractory / replacement of refractory at intermitted intervals. These Doors were earlier handled manually and put up for repair on a fabricated repairing stand . Since the doors weigh over 3.5 M.T , manual handling required more man power and thereby, lower productivity maximum 2 to 3 door in 8 hours. This equipment is a Mechanized system operated through two Electric Winches thereby handling two Doors at a time . This system automatically lowers the doors for repair and lifts the same after repair / replacement of refractory thereby reducing manual handling considerably. This equipment  increased the production  to 8 to 10 Doors per 8 hours compared to 2 to 3 doors handled manually earlier.
